Skype for Business - Login

To Whom It May Concern:

 

I am unable to login to Skype for business on any device; iPad, iPhone and/or MacBook.

 

When attempting to login, I receive a message that states, "We can't sign you in".  In an effort in resolving this issue, I performed the steps outlined in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2566790, but am still unsuccesful in my attempts.

 

Pleae see the attached image for details (I have removed my login information, as I only want to point out the error message).

 

Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated.
