Reporting on Call waiting times

We have had a request from the business for this on some of our call queues, anyone else?

  • It's a pretty common request, on-premises you could get at this within the database if you were to build custom reporting.  In the cloud we may be waiting for contact center providers to supply this as the APIs are more available.
