PSTN Calling Plans - SfB Preview

I know that Microsoft can not provide answer to my question directly, but are there any rumors about expanding PSTN Calling Plans preview further east? Germany and Belgium are under preview now, so I suppose Poland will be among the next countries. Just wonder if there any rumors on the timeframe (even rough).

I would also like to ask, if there is a way to get notifications by email on new elements available on SfB preview webpage. (Instead of visiting the site everyday)

  • I don’t have heard any rumors about new country’s. Belgium and Germany are out of preview.

This is an issue for me as well. The worrying thing is not so much that countries are taking their time to come out of preview to GA but that there haven't been any new countries enter preview since March !! You would have though that the pipeline would start to fill up but instead it seems to have stalled. I am hoping that at least as far as Europe is concerned the reason is that they will be going straight to General Availability (or perhaps a very short preview period - more akin to a "priority boarding" queue) rather than the several month long preview periods that we have seen. If that is not he case and there is only going to be a couple of countries entering the preview every 6 months then SfB really isn't going to be a cloud based global solution for telephony any time soon. The complete lack of information is strange to say the least, even if more may be available to those that have NDA's in place.
