Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 Signs out
Adam - do yours reboot? I will ask the network guys if anything happens on the switch.

This happens every night, after hours... we only have 3 production conference phones and each do it. The logs tell me nothing and the switches are solid...I have even reached out to Polycom who is scratching thier heads. I am trying to figure out what the heck is going on. I appreciate your help

Every night at the same time (you should be able to get this from the logs)? Could it be that the check config on the polycom is doing something. The setting that says check for any settings changes and process. Maybe there is a config in event zero causing this. What if you do a factory reset, de-provision from event zero, and do just a full manual configuration from the web UI of the phone itself?
- Amie McClendonJan 25, 2017Brass ContributorYou are right, there is something going on in Event Zero...in our Pilot this did not happen until we brought EZ into the picture now that I think about it as we hard coded the devices before. Thanks for that memory jog, now I need to find what in EZ is causing this nightmare.
