New Number Acquisition - Local Prefix

When acquiring new numbers, is it possible to search for a specifi prefix.  In Nebraska, for example, the 402 area code covers a lot of cities and towns, and sometime the new numbers don't correlate to the area we are trying to setup service.  This could lead to long distance calling for inbound calls.  We want to be able to avoid having our customer have long distance charges when calling locally.

Example 402-861 may cover Omaha, but 402-367 needs to cover David City.  Any thoughts?
