Cloud PBX and Exchange Online UM
So I am completely new to administrating Exchange and S4B online. Currently subscribed to 365 E3 with PSTN and Cloud PBX. I've read gobs of documentation, forums, and threads here. What I can't seem to get a straight answer is if I can integrate Exchange Online UM (in order to utilize the AA there) with my PSTN / Cloud PBX service I have through S4B. I called into tech support and they pointed me to https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232200(v=exchg.150).aspx but that doesn't specify how to set up the IP gateway to connect to the S4B pstn / pbx and make it all work. Most documentation assumes you have at least ONE component on-prem, which I don't. Everything is hosted through MS. Is it possible to set up AA in exchange online UM and have it utilize numbers I have set up through S4B PSTN? Is there a FQDN for the S4B Cloud PBX?
- Cloud PBX doesn't use Exchange Online UM unfortunately, it uses Azure Voicemail.
The AA is different from the normal UM AA and is currently in Preview.

- Michael MeoCopper ContributorThanks! That was what I couldn't get an answer about. And apparently MS tech support doesn't know this because when I asked about AA being in preview, they told me to set up exchange UM, which was why I posted the question.
