Ability to ignore a call from a Call Queue
Is it possible to ignore a call that comes in on a call queue? We have a call queue setup and the only option when the notificiation comes us is to answer. This makes it kind of annoying if you are...
Bump, we have this issue. Disabling the sound works but the second call keeps popping up.
Yeah, this definitely needs some attention from the developers.
As a workaround, you can set your SfB status to "Do not disturb", or remove yourself from the queue at http://aka.ms/cqsettings (if that option is enabled on the queue).
