Contact Bar not showing in Skype for Business

Can you please log-in to the Skype for Business with one user account on a Windows Machine and share the following details?
1. Login to the SFB with the user account
2. On the system tray for the user use the Ctrl + Right Click on the Skype Icon and get the Configuration Information.
3. In the Configuration Information File Search for Contact List Provider and provide with the information?
