Messy and unorganized Chats tab

Hi,

I just transfered to a Mac in my company and have been using the 16.2.156 version of S4B. There are a lot of things that I like (coming from a Lync 2013). But one thing that I need to ask is if it's possible is to remove the calls that I make using the (enterprise voice) from the chats tab? (See attached image)

If I go to the Calls tab I see all the calls both to other S4B users and external as I would like it, I don't quite see the upside of having them in the Chat aswell.

Also I wonder if there is any thing I have missed as my conversations with the same individuals does not seem to sync into one conversation. In the picture you can see several conversations with the same user.
