131 TopicsConversation History not working
I am on SfB 16.3.121 and my "converstion history" is most of the time not saved into my Exchange Online mailbox. My SfB account is in O365 as well and our autodiscover DNS entries are pointing to O365. We still have SfB OnPremise servers for our PSTN connectivity, so our SfB DNS entries are still pointing to OnPremise. Sometimes the converstation history is saved, but right now I can see not history at all for last week - that's really annoying :-(Headset Mutes Automatically (16.3.240)
Since installing 16.3.240 update a couple days ago every time I start a new voice conversation my headset (Plantronics W740-m) automatically mutes itself. As soon as it does this once then the headset will mute itself in every other application that includes audio. If I reboot I can use other applications as normal but as soon as I start Skype for Business and initiate another call it is right back to the same behavior. This is unbelievably annoying. Anyone have a fix or is this something Microsoft will need a code change to address?Recording a meeting on Skype for Business Mac
Hi all! I need some help finding out how to record a meeting on skype for business on my Mac. I have the app downloaded, but once I'm in a meeting I don't see the option anywhere. I've checked the three "..." I'm trying to record phone calls if that helps at all. I've looked at a ton of tutorials. Any help would be greatly appreciated! When can we use File Transfer on SfB for Mac version?
Hello, I am an Office 365 business user in China. The China version of 365 (operated by China 21Vianet) still no plan for Teams migration. We have to use Skype for Business on Mac computers. But the Mac version of SfB is very low. There is no File Transfer, no Screen Capture and no Screen Control functions. Please update SfB for Mac. Thank you very much indeed.16.28.130 and Autodiscover
Hi, We are running Exchange 2010 in Hybrid mode with 365. One of our mac users installed S4B last month (which is great), however since installing, our Exchange server w3vsvc1 log file location has started blowing out to almost 2GB of log files daily (was previously under 100MB). All entries in the log are autodiscover queries as per below: 2020-03-04 00:22:00 192.xxx.yyy.zzz POST /autodiscover/autodiscover.svc - 443 - 10.xxx.yyy.zzz SfBForMac/16.28.130.0000+(Mac+OSX+10.14.4) 401 1 2148074254 0 ideally we would like to reduce or limit the autodiscover queries as there seem to be hundreds per second. Thanks
