Unlock exam registration
I am a MCT
How do i unlock exam registration? Hi, i am trying to do a AZ-305 certification, but due to some payment error i was pushed out of payment gateway, if i again trying to schedule the examination i am getting an below error. Kindly help to resolve this. https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK

Just in case if the issue is not yet resolved, here is what I did.
The error ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK means multiple payment failure, after whic vue system automatically locks the account.
You would need to unblock your account.
For that
- visit the url - https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/theopengroup.html?tab=asia-pacific-region
- find the toll-free contact number for your locality
- over the call, they will ask for few details (for verification)
- post that they will unblock your account
