Two certification id's under the same email address

I have completed my Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam on Pearson VUE . But the mcids in the mail received after completion and the Microsoft learn tab which is under the same email is different . So I m not able to access any of my certifications . Can somebody help me to merge these to two id's and get the certifications as I have to submit it at the earliest
