Taking the MCE exam out of the US (in Benelux)

I finished the "21st century learning design" learning path on Microsoft Learn.

I wanted to take the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/microsoft-certified-educator/?ns-enrollment-type=Collection&ns-enrollment-id=w11xizt686j0mm&practice-assessment-type=certification ASAP (so the content of the learning path is still fresh).

After selecting Belgium and cliking "Schedule an exam" I end up on the https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Certifications/Microsoft/Schedule that mentions clearly they won't host the test for me since I am out of the US. They say I need to reach out to the https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Solution-providers. The https://www.fitinit.nl/ (I am located in Belgium). I contacted them in French, English and Dutch via email. No response so far. I reached out to Certiport as well with no response so far. It has been two weeks now...

I am hoping someone from Belgium or anywhere in the Benelux region can direct me to a person or provider that will allow me to take this test.
