receive certificate

I Want to Receive my Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Certificate on another E-mail because i can't sign in to the email which i used to register the exam...is it possible?

    You may want to add another email address to your Learn profile. If you go to to Learn.Microsoft.com, select your profile in the upper right hand corner. On the pop-up menu, select "Settings" and "Account Management", and you can align your testing ID with your professional ID> You can have up to 5 linked email accounts.
