Passed the MS-102 exam but not seeing certificate.
I have passed the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator back on August 11 2024.
However I do not see the certificate for this exam.
I have reached out to Pearson Vue who referenced me to
the support page for live chat with Microsoft.
Which the chat with Microsoft referenced only this forum and not available live person to chat/call or email.
I am left with having to open a "discussion" here to try to get further assistance on this matter.
Please let me know what needs to be done to move this forward.

Your issue is that exams are different from certifications. An expert level certification such as Microsoft 365 Administrator requires you to also hold other associate level certifications.
Just passing the MS-102 exam is not enough to earn the certification

To become a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, you must earn at least one of the following certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
