Need Guidance and Help regarding Agentic AI + Copilot, Partner Skills Accelerator training program.

Hello Folks,

I need guidance regarding the Agentic AI + CoPilot Partner Skills Training Program.

I have completed Episoded 1-3 but Episode 4 has been retired from the MCAPS Learning Portal.

Without Episode 4 , I cannot finish the Series and obtain my completion Certificate.

Could you please advice:

• If there is a successor course or updated path that covers Episode 4 Content
• Whether my progress from Episodes 1-3 can be carried transferred to a new Course ID
• Any alternative option to secure credit for this training.

I ahve already raised a Ticket with the MS Credential support (Tracking ID #2609210060001000) , and they directed me to the TSP Community Forum.

I also emailed "email address removed for privacy reasons" multiple times but received no response.

I would appreciate on your guidance on how to proceed so my learning efforts can be formally recognized.
