I'm also facing the same issue. When I click on Sign in to your Microsoft account
it is redirecting to https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-learn/ct-p/MicrosoftLearn
If anyone got the solution for this issue, can you please share that info here? Or any other alternate options to order the Microsoft MCT Welcome Kit. Thanks.
https://mctmerchandise.com/ is working for me. Use the same credentials as you use for MCT Central and Learning Download Center.

Been a while since this post. I was looking for some MCT swag and stumbled upon this post.
That website is down, is there another way to get my hands on MCT stuff or has Microsoft stopped with it?Stopped - you can use the MCT Badge on your own swag
