There is no such MCAAA certification from Microsoft. There isn't either an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager certification.
We have:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. See this blog post for more details.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
