Featured roles are listed on Microsoft Learn's https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/.  For "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/roles/developer", no MTA certifications are featured.  Hence, their omission will cause fewer developers to demand MTA certifications.
