I had this for the messageing recertification, and after about 2 weeks back and forth it got fixed manually by someone in the backend. But tataaa... now, i dont see pending recertifications for Teams for example AT ALL in the mcp.microsoft.com - and when trying to do it over the maillink, they cannot get submitted with OOPS, something went wrong.
What i want to say, take the recerts early, and expect infra/service issues so you can complete them on time and with the help of this forum/supportteam
