Cannot Access Lab for DA-100

Trying to access Lab - Prepare data in Power BI Desktop for the DA-100 Certification Course but when I click "Launch Lab" I get a prompt stating "Verify your account" with no link or button leading me to verify.  Attached is a screenshot of this message.

 

Also I will do this and get a prompt stating, "Lab access suspended" which is probably from trying multiple times to access the lab.

 

I verified my account so I should have access, but I tried to verify my account and have no success or cannot find were to verify.

 

Please help, I need to take this for work.

    Is anyone especially from Microsoft able to answer this as soon as possible? Only asking because I really need to proceed for work.
