"Browse Credentials" only showing a small subset of exams

When I go to "Browse Credentials" on MS Learn and set a filter to Products = Azure and Credential Types = Exam, I only see a few exams. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/browse/?products=azure&credential_types=examination

Setting the Credential Types filter to Certification, it looks much better. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/browse/?products=azure&credential_types=certification

The screenshot also shows, that only some of the certifications have an Exam tag.

Is it possible to get the exams correctly listed in the search?
