For a Canadian phone number, try entering it without the +1 in the phone-number field if the registration form already has Canada (+1) selected.
For example:
- Country: Canada (+1)
- Area code: 647
- Phone number: 1234567
If the form has only one phone-number box, try:
647 xxx xxxx
rather than +1 (647) xxx-xxxx.
If that still doesn't work, the issue may be with the Microsoft certification registration portal rather than the number format. Also make sure the country/region in your Microsoft account and certification profile is set to Canada.
