AZ-220 renewal is not accessible at this time

I'm trying to renew AZ-220 and today should be the final day to do that.

In https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/azure-iot-developer-specialty/renew/ it says that: "This certification is renewable"

But I get an error prompt saying:
