404 - Page not found - Renew Certification

Hello everyone,

I was about to renew my DP-700 exam but whenever I click the Renew, I only got 

404 - Page not found

Any help or thoughts why this is happening on my account? Tried everything (clicking the Renew from email as well, same error)
