How to customize new webpart for certain requirments on SharePoint 2019 on Premises?
Hi Experts,
I have a question regarding customization webparts. If we would like to customize a webpart and deploy it on SharePoint 2019 on premises, what kind of method can I use and archive it? ( SPFx, CSOM, any else)
because I use the Classic method to do it but I cannot find my custom web part on Morden Page.
- Are your WebParts available in modern pages?
- I customize a Gantt Chart webpart by using visual web part and attempt to install on the 2019 modern page. however I cannot find the place to work on it. in the classic page, we could install the webpart by using Ribbon of Page. but I cannot find it on the modern page.
- BTW, the webpart can be installed on the classic page.
Will # _________ H You can only use SPFx (SharePoint Framework Web Parts) on Modern Pages. The approach you are trying to take will not work in Modern.
