Syntex not processing files
48 hours ago, Syntex stopped processing files in our libraries, across several SharePoint sites and models. Processing Status is currently “In Progress” for over 36 hours in some cases. No error...
Spoke with Microsoft, they said due to high demand an Syntex, processing can take 48 hours. They temporarily placed us in a high priority queue, and they classify almost instantly! All the files stuck processing were classifies without having to reupload or manually start classification again.
