SharePoint Premium - Brand Center, Themes, custom fonts, etc.
LeonArmston Thanks for your reply - appreciated.
I'm hoping someone from Microsoft will see my reply below.
Microsoft really needs to get their communications sorted. The central branding, custom fonts, etc. were on the Official Microsoft Roadmap scheduled to be released to GA in March - until a couple of days ago when they then changed the dates to September without any warning or information of the 6+ month delay. We have been waiting for this for quite some time and setup to start using it, but now have to wait for another 6+ months, and hoping that Microsoft don't then push it out again 😞
Sorry for the rant - just that we've been discussing the central branding rollout across our business (50k+ employees so not a small business), and now have to go back and say they need to wait at least 6 months more with still no promise it will happen.
I've attached the Roadmap items (pre and post the date changes). I'm really hoping to get any information on why it was delayed, will it actually happen in September, or any additional information. Seems Microsoft have completely stopped talking about the new branding altogether which is a bit of a worry.
What was in the roadmap on 2nd April.
What it was changed to a couple of days ago.
If you know anyone internally in Microsoft who has more info, or clarification around the delay, that would be amazing.

Sorry to ping you all directly - just hoping to get some more information related to the new Central branding. Given it still currently says it's rolling out this month in preview, there still seems to be zero information/resources related to any of it which is quite bizarre - and concerning.
Also, still trying to confirm if this is part of SharePoint Premium, or will just be rolled out to all tenants eventually at no extra cost/licensing.
- Apr 15, 2024No news for now, we have to wait. I guess in the Microsoft 365 Conference they will tell us more about thos features
- grant_jenkinsApr 15, 2024Iron ContributorThanks for your reply - hopefully they provide a lot of information there and make it available to the public (not just attendees).
Still crazy that they are rolling out the preview right now, but still zero information on it in order to start using it, getting prepared, etc.
Again, thanks for responding.- Luca_A215Jul 04, 2024Copper Contributor
grant_jenkins, jcgonzalezmartin,
Hi everyone! I just started exploring Microsoft SharePoint Premium yesterday and found this video during the presentations https://youtu.be/PFvv05mxfRQ?t=589. I've been trying to find documentation on the layouts mentioned but haven't had any luck. Has anyone else looked into this and found anything useful?
