Who viewed Sharepoint files?

Hi Com!

I found there;s an option to see who had viewed  files (video in my case). When you hover the mouse over the file inside library, small window appears and shows number of viewers and WHO viewed. There's  a folder where i 'Activated' this feature, but it only shows number of original and total viewers, but not Who had viewed. Any idea how to fix this ?
