Web Part Search Box - Never seen it work.
I really like the idea of the "search box" feature on a web part. the ability to search a single list on a web page is a great tool. however, i have never seen it work. always returns zero result...
Juan is right but are you using correct result page and if you configure the search box does it show results. and just to be sure are you entering with a internal account?

Maybe I am not configuring it correctly. All I have done is check the "Display search box" under "Miscellaneous" in the web part properties. The search results look like they would appear in the web part, which is my hope. Just never any results. :(
