Using Calculated Value Returns Incorrect Time
Here is my SP List settings:

Check the regional settings of your SharePoint site from Site settings --> Regional settings. Maybe the regional settings are affecting this behavior in SharePoint calculated column formula and values. Try changing those settings as per your requirements.
