User Profile Service stuck on stopping in SharePoint 2013

I have problem in sharepoint 2013 The service user profile service is stuck on stopping .. How I can solve it ...please can any one help me User Profile Service Stopping ...

I try this solution but the status change from stopping to starting and it's stuck again .?

What shall I do
