User always prompted for authentification when opening Excel file with Excel (Desktop) from SP 2019

Hi,

There is a specific user in my organisation who is always prompted for authentification when opening any Excel file with Excel (Desktop Version) from SP 2019.

Even if he enters his credentials, He still can not access the Excel file and keep being prompted for authentification.

Strangely, the other users do not have this problem.

Do you know what may cause this issue and how to solve it ?
