Update modern page properties using SharePoint list

Hi Community!

 

I want to be able to update different page properties based on entries from a SharePoint list. If the page Title = SharePoint List column Title value am I able to use Flow or another method to automatically update the page properties for each of the pages when updated on the list?

      Thanks for the reply. I'm fairly new to Flow and don't know how to configure it to do so. Could you help me out or point me to instructions?
