Are you getting the same error as on screenshot on the link ?
When you're getting this error, open the dev tool in Chrome and look at the Console. It should show you why you're getting the error or at least some pointers. You can screenshot and post it here and we can take it from there

Hi.. NicolasKheirallah As per your suggestion, below is the error coming when I checked in the console.
- 403, which means you don't have permission.
NicolasKheirallah . I do have Full Control Permissions. Sometimes when I refresh the page, it works and sometimes I need to clear cache. Once I clear cache, for some 2-3 days, I will not get this error. Then it repeats again. Please help to get this resolved. This is happening randomly to some users also. If possible please point out where I need to check as I am new to SharePoint Administration.
