Sync SharePoint Library with Outlook

I'm trying to sync a SharePoint Library with Outlook.  It will sync, but then the files are not showing when viewing the folder in Outlook.  The users need to access this sync'd folder to use the .ofts that are stored to create emails.

Any recommendations?
