Sync Issue

I recently had to make some updates to a SharePoint list.  After the changes, I am now receiving the following for approximately 50 records.  They are all related to an individuals name maintained in a text column. 

I have saved the information and reviewed the records identified.  The records are still present in my SharePoint list and no error markers are present.  Where do i need to look for the issue identified?
