SPMT filtering

Hi

Does anyone know how the file date filtering works in SPMT - if the "created after" and "modified after" options are both set, are they ANDed, i.e. both conditions have to be satisfied for a file to be migrated?   I looked in the documentation but  couldn't find a definitive answer
