SPFX Webpart Rendered Twice on Modern Page

Hi Team

My SPFX Webparts are rendering twice on Modern Pages. The render() is called twice if I try to navigate from a detail page using Navigation. Also, While editing the properties of the webpart, the same is loaded multiple times.
