SP2019 - SP home missing

Can you elaborate on the "follow the installation instructions" ?
Installation are similar as SP 2016
UPDATE: The SharePoint Home are hosted at the MySite WebApplication ....so once that is setup SharePoint Home are right there in the waffle :D (but surprised no one in here replied that)
AFAIK,
IF you follow installation instructions, the Home page should be there...by the way, the path should be: http://<portal>/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx
