SMS alert when intranet is down

Hi,

   I'm migrating to SharePoint 2019 and wondering whether SharePoint can send sms if the intranet is down? I saw SharePoint can send sms if there is any updates in list and libraries. I would like to know whether SharePoint send sms if the intranet site is down?

    There are services out there that you can use to monitor websites and send sms to you if it's down. Just search sms website monitor to find one. But no SharePoint cannot do it.

    vchacko  no, if the intranet is down then alerts will be as well. Even with Power Automate I don't know  a way to achieve this.
