Sharing a Sharepoint folder to Anyone (no Microsoft Sign In Required)

Hi there,

I'm the admin for my Sharepoint site and I'd like to create a link to a folder for Anyone to access, without needing to sign into a Microsoft account.

I have changed the settings to Anyone (see screenshot below), however Access is still being denied to those who don't have a log in. Can anyone help me figure out why that's happening?
