Sharepoint user is not able to use web app for opening documents

Question

One of our users is not able to use Web app to open Word or Excel documents. System is not reacting and after a while he gets an error. The only way for him is to download the file and edit it.

For others uses Web App is working fine.

&lt;url&gt; unexpectedly closed the connection.
So not really a clear message.
