Hi. How does a customer on Sharepoint Server 2019 upgrade/transition to Sharespoint Server SE? And how is this done if the Sharepoint Server is purchased via CSP?&nbsp;&nbsp;

you can upgrade your database to the newer version, a documentation about this migration path are here:

I am not familiar with the influence of CSP in this context.&nbsp;
