SharePoint Server 2019 Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not avai

Hi

 I am trying to setup SharePoint Server 2019 volume license, noting that all prerequisites were installed successfully,  i get the following error:

Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available.  Run Setup again from the original source disc or download location.

Please Help and Advise.
