SharePoint Server 2019 HTTP ERROR 500

Hi,
I have a SharePoint 2019 Farm consisting of two servers,
an application server (it hosts Central Administration) and a front-end server.

When I open a web application (it containds one site collection) hosted on the front-end, I receive 'HTTP ERROR 500'
while if I open the same web application hosted on the application server it works.

Please help me.
