SharePoint search options for searching inside documents
Is there a setting in SharePoint online that has to be set for content searches? We can search fine and find files that we want. We want to be able to use a word and search inside files. Example, if the word Contract is in some files on an active site. We want to be able to find that that word inside files. Even if the file does not contain the word Contract.

this is a standard functionality from SharePoint, that also content will be searchable.
Look at this example, the term "welcome" are only available in the content from the documents:
