Sharepoint restore data HELP!!!

Hello everyone, 

I have a Sharepoint site/ Onedrive was deleted more than 30 days. I were trying to restore it back but having Restore-SPODeletedSite : A site collection with the same Site Id or Path already exists. 

I did delete current site ( No data in it) 

then try to restore again - but it always restore the one with no data in it. 

List of SPO delete : 2 Site ID same name URL. 

Any suggestion for this issue? Thank you for your time!
