SharePoint Permission

Hello ,
I have page and Its time-card login page for SSA and the issue is I just want to give login permission to user but If I give them Edit permission then they are able to add a page and I do not want user to add a page , If I remove edit permission then they are not able to click on login.
can you please help me out what permissions should I use so i can give them costume permission , i tried Lit permission, site permission  

 Also is there any way we can click on check inn and it auto refresh the page
