SharePoint online employee directory

I need help, we currently have setup on the SharePoint online employee directory and Delve, we paid external resource to implement the SharePoint online but they added only few departments on the left navigation on the Employee Directory, I would like to add all departments and job title users there if there's a way. Please help if you experience with that.
